SETANTA_EURASIA sports channels (31.5E, 12.071H)

Hello
I would like to access the two SETANTA_EURASIA sports channels (31.5E, 12.071H) by purchasing a Viaccess card and a subscription for a longer period (for example 12 months).
I am NOT interested in:
• SHARING
• accessing SETANTA channels from the Ukrainian XTRA platform.

From SETANTA_EURASIA I got the info that:
• in Belarus, they do NOT provide individuals with satellite access to SETANTA channels, and they intend to launch the OTT service in August.
• also are NOT licensed to distribute channels in Russia.

Recently (by mistake) I bought a DOZHD card which only decodes one channel (with the same name) from the same transponder. A mistake because this card does NOT decode SETANTA channels. That was the purpose of purchasing this card.

Please indicate how I can access these channels. Where can I buy such a card?
