AIO Panel 14.0.0 — probably the final major update

AIO Panel has reached the form I originally wanted when I started this project — a complete, modern and convenient toolbox for Enigma2 receivers.

Version 14.0.0 brings:

a completely redesigned modern interface,
improved navigation and new function icons,
CPU, RAM and flash usage information,
automatic Polish/English language selection,
support for both Python 2 and Python 3 images,
the new E2 Doctor plugin for Python 3 systems,
improved channel list sorting — newest lists first,
Azman lists removed and Vhannibal placed at the bottom.

AIO Panel still includes channel lists, plugins, softcams, picons, backup and restore tools, system utilities and many other useful functions in one place.

Thank you to everyone who tested the plugin and reported issues during its development.
