EPGImport MOD By iet5 plugin

This update includes an important fix for an issue that occurred during the download and extraction of XZ files.
The problem related to downloading and decompressing .xz files has been resolved.
This issue appeared on Dreambox images due to limitations in certain Python 2.7 environments.
The handling mechanism for XZ files has been improved to ensure compatibility and stability during the EPG data import process.
Successfully tested on the following devices: Dream box receiver – Vu+ receiver
The update has been tested and confirmed working on the following images:

Merlin image
Gemini image
OpenATV image
OpenPLI image
I hope this update will contribute to improved stability and performance during the import of Electronic Program Guide (EPG) data.

This release includes code improvements and refinements, with full compatibility for Python 2.7 / 3.12 / 3.14.

A new filter has also been added in this version for more accurate event counting. As a result, the number of events is no longer fixed as before; instead, it now decreases gradually day after day, according to the nature of the data and its updates.

This release also includes several important improvements, most notably:

Fixing the issue with IPTV channels that have large Service IDs.
Applying a Masking mechanism to SID / TSID / ONID identifiers to ensure compatibility with Enigma2.
Improving the handling of large channel lists exceeding 10,000 channels without causing UI Freeze.
Fixing the issue where EPG did not appear for some IPTV channels due to differences in how identifiers were stored between EPGImport and Enigma2.
