AB Pulse4k and Pulse4k Mini problem with CI and tuner.

After few minutes or few hours (no logic),
Pulse 4k and Mini gave this message
"No signal",
"No data on transponder. Timeout reading PAT"
FTA channels have annoying sound and No picture.
When i eject CAM module and insert again problem was fixed also
after restart is OK , but after any period of time the problem start again
CAM modules are NDS Vivacom and Nagravision Bulsatcom.
I test all available images on 2 receivers(4k and Mini):
Openpli,OpenATV,OpenVix,OpenBH- and the problem is the same.
CI+ helper also tried all versions and no luck
Tuner is affected from CI module and only reset or eject and insert is helping.
Also we have not only 2 pieces of these receivers, we have few hundred of these receivers and problem is the same ...
We are big client from Bulgaria.

I want to know is this a tuner driver problem or CI driver problem?

I recommend contacting AB-COM directly
If they know how to take money for goods, let them take care of the goods.

Do you have the impression that we are the authors and sellers of these "miracles"?
Contact the company that sells them under its own brand AB-COM and to which you paid!
